This time-specific piece uses the celestial sphere (the grid of meridians and parallels used to find celestial bodies) to create an alignment in real time. Using a software called "Stellarium" and the specific GPS coordinates of the location where it was installed, I aligned the south and north celestial poles, the milky way line and other bodies to their exact location beyond the walls, out in space at the time of the opening reception. The alignment only worked at that exact time, on that exact day.
